Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed, and unused products to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers in Pakistan.

Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. To start a return, please contact our support desk through this e-commerce website with your order number and a photo of the sealed product.
3.3 Refund Process
Once our quality audit team verifies the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived with a verified defect.
